callers calling the next team *important*

I have told callers to call team at 4 min and 2 min.. there is no reason to hold the team call to min 1.

Please do not contradict what I am telling callers by telling them to call only at 1 min. If you are doing this please stop right away.

If you see somebody calling only at 1 min, please tell them to call at 4 min and 2 min. This is what is in my caller post, and it needs to be followed. Thank you

I agree, pk took a lot of time and effort creating the callers guide. Every leader should have read it. I don't see any issues with it, if you do, pm pk and talk about. I know pk and he would be open to any ideas. But I can't see how anything was missed, it was well written.
